Okay, so I’ve been away from my blog for few months now and that was because i’ve been busy in life especially with my studies. If you have been wondering, now i am a sophomore in the physiotherapy major and it only gets harder,right? Gladly this year is almost coming to an end and I’ll be free to update my blog more often. 

I would be starting A whole new approach in the blog, trying to put the knowledge i’ve acquired to a good use by posting few tips on how to maintain a healthy lifestyle, by exercise in the right way to get the best benefits with the least efforts.
